Today’s kindness tip is based on a basic self care routine, of taking a shower or a hot bath to show kindness to yourself!
No I’m not talking about a quick & dirty job either. I mean the kind where you’re not rushing, but putting on some candles & listening to your favourite playlist! You’re mindful & slowly cleansing every part of you inside out, releasing all the stress & burdens of the world, letting it all go down the drain. It’s a cathartic exercise by cleaning your body, you also do an internal cleanse of your thoughts & feelings too.
Basically when you shower, you’re releasing a chemical neurotransmitter called dopamine in your brain, which not only makes you feel good, but bolsters creativity!
Once you’re done, you will feel renewed , purified, lighter, energized, more clear headed & motivated to accomplish anything!
