Today’s kindness through self care tip is to love and accept yourself as you are, human with all of your goodness and not so good.
You are not perfect but you are enough. You don’t need to be or do anything to be worthy of being loved by others or yourself.
Improving yourself is an act of self care. Try to be a better version of yourself each day. Don’t let your ego, fear, insecurities, judgment and negative thoughts hold you back. Stay in your own lane and focus on you and only you. That is the only thing that will bring you peace and happiness in your life.
It is a long and continuous process to grow and improve our lives, but if we take 5 -10 minutes each day towards that goal, whatever it may be for each of us, imagine the progress you can make in a year for example? It can be as small as meditating, or eating healthy food or journaling your thoughts.
