1. Do an act of kindness (e.g. donate 11 food items)
2. Practice meditation (for 11 mins or at 11:11)
3. Pamper yourself (practise a self care routine, eat healthy food, spend time with loved ones)
4. Listen to music (relax your mind and soul with your favourite music)
5. Spend time in nature (ground yourself by a nature walk, watering plants, etc)
