Today’s kindness through self care tip is to realize who you truly are at your core! Once you do that, nothing can stop you from what you want to achieve in life.

Being your authentic self instead of being in a shell will be a huge shift for what you’ve been used to living your whole life upto now!

We are all born with a life force energy at our true selves as that’s all we know. Over time, we get conditioned to change that true self by society, culture, family upbringing, school systems etc.

Research shows that the highest frequency is authenticity, when we are our truest selves. High frequencies like love, acceptance and gratitude allow you to feel light and your body to be at its optimal state. Lower frequencies like resentment, hatred and shame make you feel heavy and your body in a very slow state.

Be happy with who you are. You were created as a unique gift to the this world at this point in time, with your own set of talents, strengths and experiences that no one else on the planet can duplicate. If you realize that, then you will find your purpose for being here and fulfill it. When you are ready to step into your authentic self, you’re telling the universe you are ready to step into your purpose as well.

There is always stuff going on, but it is you that empowers yourself or drains your energy, or gives it away.

Don’t give anyone your power.

Be you, be kind, be powerful and love who you are.
