Today’s kindness tip is to be gentle with yourself, respect your body and mind & know when you need to recharge and reset.
Sometimes we’re so busy running the rat race, and fulfilling everybody else’s needs, that we forget about our own needs. Let’s show kindness to ourselves for a change and know that sometimes it’s ok to say ‘no’, or to do nothing at all, or just sleep in!
