You value yourself when you believe you are worthy of respect, love, and well-being. Self-value is different than selfishness or self-absorption. When you value yourself, you cultivate self-respect and set up healthy boundaries for yourself and others in your life.
Self value is making yourself a priority before you can service others. It starts & ends with you. How you treat yourself is a direct correlation to how others will treat you. It establishes boundaries of what you will & will not accept.
Create an intention today to establish your self value, it’s not selfish it’s a necessity!
