Today’s kindness tip is from my friend Corey Harnish who offers us 3 different options of being kind to YOU.

There’s many ways you can show yourself a whole lotta love, for e.g.:

1. Have you had your recommended five-a-day fruit and veg yet? Healthy eating means a healthy body and mind. Today, ditch the fast food and feast on nature’s ready meals! What better way to show yourself kindness and respect than by eating well?

2. Spreading kindness to others, to animals and our planet is important. But today, be kind to yourself. You can only look after others if you are looking after yourself. Practice positive self-talk, take it easy, treat yourself to lunch and feel gratitude for the wonderful person you are!

3. You are your best investment! Have you been dreaming about turning a hobby into a small business, getting your high school diploma, or learning a new language? There is no time like the present. So right now, right this second, sign up for that course, make that call, take the first step. Start making your dreams a reality.

I chose option 2 & created some relaxing ‘me time’ for myself, aahhh heaven!
