Today’s kindness tip is about the importance of small acts of kindness, with no expectation in return.
In the post below, my friend Liz Jakoi gives examples of how one can practice 5 acts of kindness to improve your work, home or community!

Kindness
Being kind is giving without expecting anything in return. Kind people are motivated from within to do the right thing rather than what the right thing will do for them.
We come across these people in our lives and even we are kind to others at times.
The act of kindness can improve the quality of our lives at work, in our communities and the feeling of worth spreads like wild fire.
Here is a suggested list of kindess:
– buying a friend a coffee or tea
– holding the door open for someone
– returning a grocery cart at the store
– do a chore for someone without knowing it
– give an honest compliment
– give someone a gift without it being their birthday or xmas
As you go about your day, practice 5 acts of kindness to improve the workplace, your home life or community
