If you’re like me, then you don’t drink enough water in a day either! The next time you are thirsty, ditch the juice or pop, & go for water instead!

Water is essential for our health; it carries nutrients to all cells in our body and oxygen to our brain. It flushes out toxins and waste and helps to regulate body temperature.

Drinking water can help you lose weight by burning more calories and reducing appetite.

Drinking water helps maximize your performance during physical activity.

Water aids with digestion before, during, and after a meal as it will help your body break down the food more easily.

Drinking water aids with cognitive function. In fact, not drinking enough water can negatively impact your focus, alertness, and short-term memory.

Drinking water can help fight off illnesses & helps with the absorption of important nutrients from your food.
