Today’s message is on a few examples of what boundaries could sound like, if you’re not used to having them. Boundaries are not about the other person, but more about you and what you are comfortable with and how you wish to be treated in relationships. They can be with any kind of relationship in your life.
Some Healthy Boundaries include:
1. Being able to say, “no,” and accept when someone else says “no”.
2. Being able to clearly communicate both wants and needs.
3. Honoring and respecting their own needs and the needs of others.
4. Respecting others’ values, beliefs, and opinions, even if they are different from one’s own.
