It causes a negative response when someone experiences emotions like worry, fear, frustration, danger, or sadness.

An effective solution besides removing yourself from the stressful situation, can be to identify emotional stress examples in your life and work to develop healthier coping mechanisms and stress management techniques eg:

1. Work with a therapist
2. Find distractions like exercising or watching a movie
3. Set aside time for relaxation
4. Practice stress reduction
5. Improve your sleep habits
6. Identify unhealthy coping mechanisms
